Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors daily
Disinfect high-touch points — door handles, light switches, faucets daily
Wipe down kitchen / break room surfaces daily
Detail dusting — desks, shelves, vents, blinds weekly
Clean glass and mirrors weekly
Spot-clean baseboards and door frames weekly
Restroom deep detail — grout lines, corners, fixtures weekly
High dusting — ledges, tops of fixtures, ceiling fans monthly
Floor machine scrub and buff cycle monthly

Carpet extraction and deep stain treatment
Exterior windows and glass above standard reach
Post-construction cleanup
Biohazard and medical waste cleanup
Supply restocking unless specified in your service plan
